One other thing to consider for those Americans that want one:

The SVG incarnation omits two out of the 50 American states: Alaska and Hawaii, meaning that it only shows the continental United States.

Hmm, for some reason the Euskal Herria (Basque Country) has the European Union flag...

The other one is not the Basque Country...

If I had Photoshop it would be easy to do it right myself, but it takes too much effort to torrent it. :P
