Hello

I am starting a not for profit organisation called, "neuroscience foundation" aimed at helping any neurodiverse individual with general advice
on what has worked for others, this site is excellent but takes a while to search and find the relevant information. Im interested in collaborating with others who can provide input both in terms of research and support strategies to help others on the autistic spectrum initially.

Use this thread to post what helped you, and others - and also to seek collaboration with others. Im currently in the process of creating the website.

Message me on here if you want to help in any way, I really think it is unfortunate so many autistic people resign themself to not leading a full and complete life
because of social awkwardness, a lack of confidence or just not knowing what to do in certain situations.

I also hope the autistic community can shrug off the perception that we are rude, or aloof and work towards creating a better image of ourselves in society.

Dont hesitate to get in touch

Ben
Healthcare professional and Neurobiochemistry researcher.

Am I correct in assuming you are on the spectrum?
