The Flash.
The Killing Season - Older A&E documentary about an uncaught serial killer, called the Long Island Serial Killer, or Lisk, and the possibility that there may have been a second murderer, a torso killer, who might have been Lisk's rival for media attention. Very creepy.

It certainly is! And it's of better quality than most of what South Park had referred to as "murder porn."

After putting some distance between me and It's Okay to Not Be Okay. I had difficult time adjusting between that story and Little Women, which is very different. But I'm good now. The funny thing is, actor Oh Jun-se plays Moon Sang-tae, the older autistic brother of Gang-tae, the empathetic care giver who has taken care of his old brother since their mother was murdered in from of Sang-tae. Sang-tae is a really likable character.
Okay, back to the "funny thing." Actor Oh Sun-se plays Director Shin Hyeon-min in Little Women. The character is truly despicable person, an embezzler, a male predator, and likely a murderer. I do like versatile actors.

Episode 2 follows one sister's investigation into a crooked philanthropist. The other older sister, an accountant and has been asked by Director Shin Hyeon-min to find money that her friend supposedly embezzled. This is the women that died and believed to take her own life. I am enjoying this mystery. The youngest daughter, an art student, paints the portrait of a girl of a wealthy family, who in turn wins a competition for HER self-portrait. I believe the girl is the philanthropist's daughter. There is a surprise at the end. I will not be seeing Oh Jun-se anymore.

Oh. The womanizer was just killed, murdered. This has gottten be

A Fine Romance (1981)

Series 1, Episode 3. More excellent sitcom fare. I've noticed quite a lot of negativity towards this show in YouTube comments - I wonder if these are from Millennials or Gen Z people who can't relate to the era. I know I can't relate to a lot of their stuff, but come on, this is pretty funny regardless, is it not? :?

Season 6! How far behind am I? 8O
... Looked it up. Season 5, episode 1 is where I left off. Looks like there are only three episodes in season 5.

Popetown

A cartoon series that came out around 20 years ago and was intended to be shown on British TV, but was banned. Some sort of satire on the Catholic Church which is vaguely reminiscent of stuff like Futurama or South Park. One or two laughs, but mostly rubbish - I don't think I'm going to be able to get through all four hours of the content on the dvds.

Little Women (2022)

Episode 5.

This is a complicated and, for me, a very complicated series. Is it enjoyable? I honestly am not sure, but I'll stick with it.

Doc Martin - Season 2, episode 4
Aromatherapy

Doc Martin - Season 2, episode 5
Always on My Mind

Actor Roger Lloyd Prack is in this episode. He played Barty Crouch in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and John Lumic, creator of the Cybermen, in season 2, episodes 5 and 6 of Doctor Who (2006). I think he is an interesting character actor.

Doc Martin - Season 2, episode 6
The Family Way

Actor Jeff Rawle is in this episode. He played Amos Diggory, also in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Parts 1 and 2, and two episode of The Adventures of Sarah Jane Smith (Season 3, episodes 9 and 10). He has a distinctive face, so I always recognize him.

One person I did not recognize was the actor that plays Martin Ellingham's mom, Claire Bloom, who was in one of my favorite films, The Haunting (1963)

watched on Sling TV - Filmrise British TV

Little Women (2022)
Season 1, episode 6

I know what bothers me about this show. It is heavy and foreboding. This isn't an ounce of relief. So it is very difficult to binge watch.

Starting episode 7, but unless something good happens, I'll try not to post anything more. If you find yourself thinking "thank goodness," I understand.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've finished episode 7, and I found something humorous. There is a parrot. It talks, which isn't unusual. However, I realized that since I'm watching this dubbed in English, the parrot is dubbed as well. Dang! A parrot can learn Korean and I doubt I could ever remember even a few phrases. I found that very funny. The parrot might has well be saying - "You're so stupid. You're so stupid." Squawk. That lifted my spirits. :D
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another cheerful thought. The Korean speaking parrot was also dubbed in. It would be so funny if they had to find an English speaking parrot to do the dubbing. LOL It would have had to learn the lines. Episode 8 is so much more tolerable with these thoughts.

Little Women (2022)

Completed episode 12, the last episode.

Over all, it was okay. After 9 episodes of heavy foreboding, things finally started to resolve. I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it more if I watched in Korean. There are people I'm sure who would have enjoyed the constant overshadowing of heavy foreboding, of greedy and unstable people. In the end I thought it was okay. Not terrible. It did a nice job keeping me in suspense of who should be trusted or not. I'm sure it is partly just me.

Towards the end the three sisters started working together, more the two older sisters, but the youngest plays an important part in the final resolution. There are surprise twists.

A late 1990s documentary from the ZDF television station in Germany about the Nazi war criminal Dr Josef Mengele, who escaped detection after the war and fled to South America, where he died in 1979. Most of the stuff here was familiar to me, but one astonishing piece of information was revealed, namely that Mengele returned for several weeks to his home town in Germany in the mid-1950s using a passport which bore his own name. The testimonies of some of Mengele's victims at Auschwitz was pretty heartbreaking, and they were the 'lucky' ones who survived his experiments.
