Spanish horror series where a priest, who had done time in prison for the death of a teen he had conducting an exorcism on, is relocated to a small town when a baby is born from a cow. The baby soon transforms into a monster. The powers of Hell (which seems to include Vatican higher ups) are obsessed with a silver coin in the priest's possession - - which is one of the 30 pieces of silver paid to Judas for betraying Christ.
While the show is in subtitles, it's enjoyable.

Kraichgauer what did you think of prodigal sun? I got to episode 7 then Hulu took the first season off, I was so mad, I can't find it anywhere that doesn't require you buy each episode now. Ugh. I really liked it so far though. I think Michael Sheen is brilliant in it, although I don't usually like him as a bad guy. :oops:

And I just started 30 coins. So far so good.

Also, going back and watching season 2 of American Gods because I don't remember it well, even though I read the book in college. :lol:

My wife and I watch Prodigal Son religiously. As for catching the first season: if Xfinity is your cable provider, you should be able to find it On Demand.
I think you should enjoy the second season of American Gods when reviewing it. Glad you like 30 Coins.

I watched all 5 seasons of Superstore in a little over 4 days :oops: hilarious, captivating and easily kept me entertained. The diversity was interesting and made it even more appealing and can't wait for the upcoming seasons, it's addictive.
