"In Bloom" and the song "Heart Shaped Box" -just the dark opening notes in the beginning of that song can instantly put me in a sour dark mood.

If I had to pick my favourites it'd be "Pennyroyal tea" and the cover they did of Leadbellys "Where did you sleep last night?" both songs were sung with so much passion & raw emotion, it seemed like Kurt was feeling every word of them so deeply when he performed.

I listened to Nevermind and In Utero too many times growing up so for me it's probably something off of Bleach which I haven't heard quite so much. Perhaps "Swap Meet" or "Negative Creep".

mine are rape me, teen spirit, come as you are, lithium and you know you're right. and dumb. gonna stop there before i start listing their entire discography. their music is beautiful and for some reason half of it makes me feel like im on drugs.
