I would say I'm quite rigid in my thoughts though like wavefreak58 I don't think robot is a good example. It is a very NT expression. My thought process is just very logical, I thought that was a common AS trait.
I also have a script at work like the OP. I also work in fast food, hot dogs not pizzas though. I wonder if that is just a strange coincidence. :)
This is my script at work: 'Hi, can I help?' ... 'Did you want anything else with that?' ... 'Ok, that's £... then.' ... 'There you go. Thank you.' ... 'You're welcome.' I cannot change from that script, I will even say you're welcome when people don't say thanks, the people I work with think that I'm being sarcastic when I do that but I'm not. Also it annoys me when people don't say the right thing in reply, like a lot of people ignore me when I ask them if they want anything else. So frustrating. I work at Ikea.

Sometimes, i also think that i think like a robot, but when i look closer, it is not really true.

Please, look below at those extracts from your speach:

I was thinking how I think..
Do I come across natural etc..

...would a robot say that?

However, we think like a robot when we want to be very efficient.

I think it is good NOT to want to be efficient all the time.
Who said we always have to be efficient 100% time? Who?

Another question, who puts the programmes in the robot? Isn't it you? You ARE free. YOU are planning.

I usually think in counter-productive circles, which could be an undiagnosed form of OCD. My inner voice is constantly self-deprecating; it's wave after wave of comments about how much I suck. Thankfully for others, I speak to very few people throughout my standard week, so it's only those of whom I am 'close' to who are subjected to my relentless self-abasing remarks.

I was once told (by a former boss) that I thought like a computer. He said that as a compliment.
