I have not yet. Don't think I will either. I would rather put up with people. I'm sure quite enough will do it to me. That's o.k. then I won't have to. It is all about coping skills or something. I'm learning etiquette. Everyone should. It is a hard learn when you are a stubborn, disassociate, social blunder, and a pain in the butt, but maybe I will learn my way around it.

I find the Friend/Foe function to be fatally flawed.

I can still see posts by people after I have entered their names into my "Foe" list.

When might this be corrected?

Thank you.

Same. There are a couple of people that I do not want to see posts from ever again (not you Fnord, just agreeing with what you said)

I have worked out what the "foe" function does - it hides a user's posts in the "recent posts in this thread" list that appears when you are writing a reply.

In other words, it's next to totally useless.

Oh fail fail fail. I guess I can stop coming back here in hope that someone will fix this.

^ It used to hide ALL posts on anyone on my foes list, but it doesn't do so anymore. What gives?

I would just love to hide all the posts of a certain user who is fanatically in love with conspiracy theories.

Is there any way to ignore other users yet? There are a couple of people who I want to put on ignore but the foe option doesn't work :/

Yes, there is. It is called the vertical scroll bar.

I think if you add someone as a "foe" that it ignores them.

I've had no success using this function. Will try again tonight to see if it works this time. Perhaps I am doing it wrong..

This is the only board I've been on where you can still see posts from those on your foe list. Other boards do hide those posts made by people on that list.

I thought it just deletes the threads you don't want to bear attention to, and not by not behaving like the anti-Christ or a poltergeist..

The foe function hides posts only while you are entering a reply, and before you submit it. Otherwise, it seems to also block PMs from the members you've selected as foes.

Must be about as bad as contacting Interpol, on a Good day.

Let me guess, you’re the organ grinder of the site, so that must make me … the Monkey?!
