For some reason I'm one of them. I have "silent" anger management issues. But I control it. So I put this topic to see if there's any people on this website that have Anger Management issues and have been taking classes.

I do, and they are not always silent. Honestly there's alot of little things I do, and people have to find what's best for them. Usually if someone says something that makes me fume I just stay silent, because I'm not good at deflecting without giving myself away.

Anger and rage are my constant companions.

Mostly from how crappy life has treated me in the past and the ever-present frustration at trying to find "success" and "prosperity" in the work that I do.

I've been trying to be better about it for some time. I keep a lot of it bottled up because blowing off on people doesn't help make things better for me.
