Heheh, if I saw you when I was walking down the street, I'd probably start laughing, too. :P

I do this, but it's because I remember/think of something random and funny...

I do it when people are stressed out and cussing. They don't approve of it much.

YES! I was actually just going to make a thread about this! It seems that my face's "default" is set to "smile", i.e. even when there is nothing happening to make me happy.

There were a few kids from time to time when I was in elementary and middle school who explicitly told me I "smile too much". I remember once in a summer camp, a few (mean) kids even made a game out of seeing how hard they had to stomp on my toes to get me to stop smiling.

I also had some issues with inappropriate giggling as a kid, but in adulthood those have diminished. I would get into spells, for no good reason, where random words would sound absolutely hilarious. For that reason I totally relate to, and am amused by, things like this (by the way I think this Youtuber has AS--oh and sensory warning, this video has some rather obnoxious high-pitched beeps):

I'm always smiling like that, even when I'm alone :D Especially then - smiling like that made people pay attention to this instantly - I got asked questions like what sinister things I was thinking about  I never smile with my mouth open so I look like a maniacally smiling Mona Lisa.

I've had many incidents of uncontrollable laughing, especially in college classes. I always had to flee the room to finish laughing in the hallway in order to avoid discomfiting the professor or TA.

I am guilty for this. Guilty as charged! Just kidding. But yes, I do on occasion. At around 6 PM my ADHD medication has an awkward habit of wearing off (as it usually does during said time period.) and so my symptoms re-appear all over again. Lets just say the 'ADHD me' is easily amused. Very easily amused, which is heavy in contrast when I am 99.9% of the time otherwise quiet and contented.

However, from my individual observations I do not see any correlation between said behavior and Asperger Syndrome.

Mine even aren't amusing and I even don't need to think about anything to start to smile in the way described.
