I now see why so many autistics oppose anything related to autism speaks, I saw the video "I am autism," which is propaganda for ableism and stigma.

Once again I should be feeling determined, maybe even hopeful, feel like things are attainable... and then suddenly out of nowhere comes deep depression, for no reason, really, except that that’s the way my depression likes to do things.
