Continuing of whatever project involving power tools that’s been going on somewhere nearby for over a week, including the weekend. Took me until yesterday to realize that that’s probably why I’ve had bad headaches for just as long. Can’t find anywhere in my house to escape from it, and trying to drown it out with music or something doesn’t help with sensory overload.

Heart palpitations, lasting almost a full minute, that did not register on my Fit-Bit.

Sorry to hear this. I suppose some related things are making me unhappy lately: I've been having palpitations + a major POTS flareup for the past week. No fun at all. :'(

Side note (you may already know about it): if you have an iPhone, there is an app called Cardiogram that (when paired with a fitbit) can pick up on palpitations and other heart issues.
