Anxiety

Stiff neck

temp to hot to do yard work today again .....! Need to address stuff whether i like it or not .
but got groceries early in the day .

Instant coffee doesn't taste like coffee.

Was using instant mushroom coffee ....tomake ice coffee ,add a little sweetener and maybe cream,
plenty of ice , shake well. not bad tasting .

Unhappy about being kinda hyper sensative to caffiene ...

Anxiety

Bitterly disappointed with the England women's cricket team today. They played like they had already been defeated.

New Zealand thoroughly deserved to win.

I said this is China, not Haina.

He said that by China he meant China of the Han nationality, the friendship between some ethnic minorities and the CCP's chiefs does not mean anything.

I'm not sleeping well. I keep waking up earlier even when it still takes me the whole night to fall asleep. I don't know if it's because of the extra sun or the heat and humidity or anxiety or because I've stuck in my apartment nearly all the time because of the heat and I'm having anxiety about aging and illness and everything else.

Oh, and the weather network says it's it's 32 degrees but it "feels like" 42. I'll never understand why they don't just say 42 degrees instead. It's suppo0sed to get cooler this upcoming week, but I wish I could just hibernate until Labor Day.

I got The Sims 4 Werewolves and the Sims 4 High School packs, but I'm having problems recording videos of them to upload on YouTube. Guess my computer is just too old or something.

Monday already. Going to work in about an hour.

My mom accused me & my NT sister for being lazy and not doing household chores.

I only have $54 in my bank account and it's nearly two weeks before Welfare Wednesday.

Ended up buying alcohol.
