I would never get enough sleep to have time for breakfast, do not get enough breakfast to be on time for work, or be really late to work to have enough room for sleep and breakfast.

Solution???
Less time at night after work or pack the breakfast beforehand. Basically, spend less time at home. No time for other chores.

It's the day my ex-wife left me, or rather the day I found out she left me when she went "babysitting" the day before.

I have an opportunity to do something that could potentially change my life and my kids life and it's time sensitive and I'm putting it off and running down the clock because I'm chickenshit and part of me wants the opportunity taken away so I don't have to fail at it.

The season of "home improvement" projects and noisy lawn machinery has begun. I can look forward to such racket pretty much every day that it isn't raining or dangerously hot from now through October, most likely. Noise-cancelling headphones aren't effective and trying to drown it out with other noise only makes matters worse, even if it's with music I like.
