On the way to work, near the railroad tracks, puddle one foot deep. Had to take off shoes and walk through.

Some idiot had the nerve to grunt "huh" at me twice and the only thing I did wrong was offer him propane.

Reading that about 40% of Americans would vote for Trump if he were the Republican nominee for president in 2024.

Also reading about the possibility of Roe v. Wade being overturned, which would put other cases like the marriage equality decision in peril.

I have too many (stressful) things ahead of me today. I'm not doing well. I had a full shutdown last night and lost my ability to speak or really do anything (which was exhausting in itself). I feel like this move is going to kill me.

Whatever this stage of cycle this is.

It's the very stage when most of my newly made routines and self made systems ruined by sheer executive dysfunction -- forgetfulness, impulsivity, reactivity, inattentiveness, poor attention span...

Not to mention gradually increasing PMS symptoms until the monthly mess comes...

I don't need a psych. I need an OB.

If I cannot have it, I'll just have to continue trying to watch myself. Which I had been failing for the last 10+ years.
But that doesn't mean I hadn't learnt what I've been doing wrong since nothing's done right yet.

Been trying to not relapse into self harm. I absolutely hate having this habit. If my mom knew I had this issue she'd ridicule me and call me bipolar.
