Sorry about what happened.

I hope it's not a wheat allergy. You seem to like wheat pasta.

^ Thanks! Yeah, it fits with my healthy lifestyle. I may have to stick with white pasta for that energy boost for workouts.

I always forget why I quit wholewheat, then go through it all over again.

Feeling sleepy after work, don't have the energy to do anything fun.

White pasta is still usually made out of wheat and contains gluten. There are gluten free varieties of pasta that one can buy which are made from different grains, but you have to look for them.

I really only know about it because people in my family need to be gluten free, so I have to be careful when I have them over for dinner.

A psychologist wrote "with psychotic features" on my medical record

The next time I saw him I asked what kind of "psychotic features" I had

"Is your thinking always accurate to reality?" He said

"No my thinking is not always accurate to reality", I answered

"List an example of when your thinking was not accurate to reality" he said

"Nobody's thinking is always accurate to reality", I answered

The next report said "without psychotic features"

However the original report still said "with psychotic features"

So I emailed my primary physician that and asked her to change "with psychotic features" to "without psychotic features"

She answered that she is "unable" to do that. And that the psychologist no longer works there so he can't change it either

Now I have a history of "psychotic features" and any prescription I get will be for my psychotic features

Precious lil "people" earn more cash than me and have much more education than me. When they make mistakes they get zero punishment

One of our newest technicians was forced to admit she did not know how to operated a piece of test equipment that every technician should know how to operate.  I had to give her a 30-minute lecture-demo and assign a supervisor to train her in the more subtler details until she comes up to speed.  I have also scheduled a meeting with our hiring committee to reinforce the standards and protocols I spent years to put into place.  What will happen to these people after I retire?

My mother is so intense.

Some time ago I was asked a leading question. Misled. Essentially, teased. Once again, I gave the benefit of doubt and got over it. But I realized just yesterday that the tease was intentional, and I wasn't supposed to realize I was being teased. My bad reaction made them realize they had screwed up, and they made amends, and I had assumed that was either conscience or they had been coached, but it just occurred to me that what they were really doing was changing my perception. Not that being mean to me was a problem in their mind, but that being seen as mean was a problem in their mind.
