I had a seizure while eating breakfast.

A sad failure.

Overslept and anxiety.

Happy Fourth of July holiday TenMinutes …

Sometimes it can be equally painful to be around people and realize your things you have in common with the group
Is drinking liqour . On this holiday . And very shallow conversation. And you do not really care for liquor.
And discussion of health issues or improving them is not a welcome topic . And having to tip toe in convos .

Packed holiday traffic while trying to get to work.

My left foot hurts….real bad on some days …. Have to start lookin behind me, to see if any parts are droppin off ?

I only slept two hours again and I'm beyond burnout.
My sleep disorder is at the point I feel like it's a crisis.
My BP is crazy high even with three BP meds.
I'm tired of being tired.
Still no date for my geneticist either.

Anxiety.

Lots to do at the library.

My friend is really struggling. So is my cousin.
