My head and neck still ache really bad + my head, face, and the roof of my mouth still keep having sharp pains.

I wonder what's brought that on

I hit the top of my head really hard against a metal bar at work on Thursday. That's actually happened multiple times with the same bar (I need to duck under it to get hangers), but this is the hardest I've hit my head so far.

Get it checked out if it doesn't get any better.

Doesn't sound very safe. I think yiur workplace should remove it or place it in a less hazardous position. I hope they pay for any needed treatment since it counts as injury on duty (IOD).

The bar is a part of a machine at work so it can't really be moved. The hangers would ideally be in a different place, though I don't think there's a better place to set them (doesn't mean the placement isn't stupid lmao). No one else but me rams their head on it at all, so I guess I'm just exceptionally clumsy. I will also go to a doctor if the pain continues or I get other symptoms.

I finally got out of a mental funk that was stopping me doing anything and started to feel like I could do something and I got one day of that before I got ill, some stupid virus, and it's just been going on forever, it seems. I've got stuff to do, I don't have time for this.

Also, earlier in the summer I got a big canvas bell tent and put it up in my garden and I've been sleeping out there ever since but it's getting cold and damp and the tent isn't drying out in the daytime so I'm going to have to take it down soon and go back inside and I don't want to.
