I'm sorry this happened, Danny  It's so hard losing pets. Even when I went through a breakup and just lost contact with their pet, it was hard.

Earlier today, the manager of a store near my house framed me for shoplifting.

I did nothing wrong. :x

Wasp sting
On right hand
So that's potentially serious
As I don't have lymph nodes on that side
And I was wearing gloves
So that's me for today
Cortisone cream and antihistamine wipeout.

People who are rude, insulting, and profane until someone in authority call them out on it, only to respond with a blatant lie like, "Ha-ha!  Only joking!  We're all friends here!  Just a little fun! . . ." et cetera.

Then, when the person of authority leaves, they start right back up again until the next time they are caught.

This goes on repeatedly, without relief.

Ever tried to use a recorder on them, get some actual evidence?

There is no need, as many of them post frequently on this website.

Cumulative unhappy days.

The phone line is fully dead. Might be gone for a week or so. More unhappy if my disappearance has made someone upset. :( Sorry. Using neighbor's phone here.

So I covered my fireplace hole with tinfoil and layers of packing tape :P because the flue is broken open, and it was freaking freezing in here. The wind was blowing through my house and I couldn't find anything else lightweight enough to stick to stone.

I forgot the chimney would still breathe and create a suction. The tinfoil is crinkling and sucking inward making all sorts of crazy sounds. It does help with the heat but I have crinkle misophonia and I'm going a little insane from the nonstop noises. My daughter thought her kitten was stuck inside the fireplace trying to break out. That's exactly what it sounds like.

Ever have a pigeon fall in your chimney? Sounds like you need to get some repair people in asap. I actually like cool indoor temperatures, but I suppose there are limits. I'd rather it be Freezing than a heatwave.
