I had a hard time concentrating today.

I was cleaning my cat litter box & changing her cat litter box liners, I was in my wheelchair, I had anxiety, my hand was hurting, it was trembling, it was the first time, my hand had muscle spasms before, but the trembling was new, it was weird. I hurt my shoulder lifting up my arm to shave under my arms.

Anxiety.

headache
dealing with contractors
purchasing furniture and household items
packing said items ^
dealing with all the packaging noises (crinkle)
recycling and breaking down 50 million boxes of packaging
silent treatments
mind games
ennui

Being unable to help animals being harmed from forest fires.

Moving furniture around the house with my dad.

I'm a moron. I left a full bag of raw kitten food out of the fridge by grievous mistake. I have to keep all her food locked up because she'll rip open anything - even a bag of bread. She knocked it off the counter and did this ^ . Yes she's a vulture. The problem is that she ate the whole bag including some of the packaging, and I think my dog might have got some of the food too. He's deathly allergic to duck and goose, and is already showing signs of distress. So now they both need to go to the vet, where I've already spent more than 2K this summer.

Because I'm an idiot and I didn't put the bag away.
