My dad, who had dementia and i didn't have anything to do with, passed away this morning. My step mom dosn't want anything to do with my sister and me. I am alright with it.

Aww, Cece ... I'm sorry.  My mom passed away less than a year ago, and my wife's aunt passed away two weeks ago.  They were the last relatives of their generation and now our generation is the one on the "front line".

Neck lump(s) bothering me again, had to sleep downstairs propped up on the couch last night because I couldn’t stop coughing if I lay down, then today it’s causing more nausea.
