I tripped and fell whilst walking the dog this morning. I subluxed my hip and scraped my butt cheek (through clothing) on concrete!

I had an accident on my bed after sneezing, and it didn't help that I had a laxative a few hours ago because I was constipated. I had to clean it up with my stepdad, and now my bed has no sheets. So upset at myself now... :(

--My neck and back are still killing me, and my allodynia won't stop (it's been flared up all week).

My back burning super bad due to the slipped vertebrae in my spine. Trying to fix my posture actually makes it hurt more so I can't even not slouch now.

The earring stud blanks I bought were too big for the stud beads I am using, so I had to buy some that were the same size. I felt that I wasted $10.
