Don't laugh at me, but I have never read the books or seen the movies.

I had only ever seen bits of one or two films but a few months back I read the first book. I thought it was well written and I'm sure exciting for a kid to read. It doesn't make me want to read more but I am 41.

The books are good. The final book is beautiful writing.

The movies were good at first but then just got bad all the way to the end.

I still want to visit the theme land at Universal though.

Never read the books, but I loved the film series. Now that they're done with the movies, I kind of want to read the books now.

I enjoyed the first two movies as they were fun, lighthearted stories. They didn't seem to take themselves too seriously. The third one was okay, but not as much fun. A little darker and more serious. When I started to watch the fourth one, I realized that I just didn't care anymore, and I turned it off. I guess I was one of the casual fans that got weeded out.

I can't remember if it was the fourth movie, but there was a scene where Gary Oldman appears in a fireplace and says "Hogwarts isn't safe anymore, Harry!" Really! I had a good laugh at that one. That damned place was a deathtrap from the start. If I were Harry Potter, I think I'd apply at some other magical university. :P

Harry Potter is one of my favorite book series. I also like all of the movies. My favorite characters are Fred and George, Luna Lovegood, and Snape.

A couple weeks ago I went to the Harry Potter amusement park. It was awesome! I loved the "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey" ride.

I LOVE harry potter and anything to do with it. I guess you could call it one of my special interests, though this one is definitely an obsession.

loved the last movie. it's my favorite in the series.
