I think the clip speaks for itself. Davidowitz is dead on. The cuts were meaningless, the underlying economic assumptions in our budget are insane, and committees to deal with the crisis are all just theatrics. We have rates at zero for practically forever, driving people to buy complete garbage. We're destroying the loan contract this is going to end very badly.
