My roommate in college, who had very severe ADHD and OCD, did this. She was an art major and managed to describe it to me well. She drew what she saw once too.

i've noticed that i see the world a lot more cheerfull in summer and in winter everything looks cold and dead

While I don't know if this is synesthesia sometimes I see things in patterns, usually some kind of zigzag line. I noticed when I was younger I could backtrack my thoughts by following this pattern, but I can't really describe it. I also have created several e-mail addresses and other usernames for other sites over the years and I see them in my head in groups and columns. I should try to draw it someday.
