someone told me I wasnt an aspie

he told me I am most likely not an aspie solely because I am a girl... he also said he was misdiagnosed. So he could just have a issue with the medical system...

None of us here can ever be absolutely 100% sure of our aspie status.

An official diagnosis means nothing, as there is plenty of room for error in the process.

That being said, if professionals can't always identify it correctly, then how is some idiot supposed to do that?

That, right there, tells you how seriously to take his claim, IMHO.

Yeah. People can have all sorts of motivations for saying things they do. I recall someone once saying that sometimes people diagnosed as kids feel oppressed by the label and want to escape it (and people diagnosed later in life find it a relief).
