I've only met the members of Damsel Fly, because they're originally from Portland and my dad knew the lead singer personally.

Wait, why does "Monster" Mike Welch remind me of Brian "Head" Welch

I don't know. I've never heard of Brian "Head" Welch. "Monster" Mike Welch is a blues artist who came to fame as a teenager. I think he stopped using "Monster" when he reached adulthood, though.

Randy Blythe of Lamb of God, met him the morning after the show outside a bar not far from our hotel. Ha, he was quite hungover.

Can't say I've met that many well-known musicians. I have met one, though: Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine. I met him at Lollapalooza '03, when Audioslave was one of the main acts. Shook hands, chatted a bit, got his autograph on an Axis of Justice poster.

Ozzie Wright from the Goons Of Doom... :o

I met him at a small gig he did here...

He initiated the handshake and smiled and listened to what i had to say and we had a little conversation about surfing as hes also a professional surfer... and that was a massive thing for me for someone i look up to sooooooo much to give me his time and respect when i was so nervous being in his vicinity and he had a show to start...
