You could try starting by researching the ways autism/AS has been portrayed, both in our culture and in stories in other cultures, including mythology. If you're looking to write fiction, that might work.
If nonfiction, try to focus on retelling one specific anecdote from your own life where you think your AS/autism affected the situation's outcome in a big way. If you can, add a part at the end where you reflect on what the memory meant to you- although you don't always need to do that. Another tip: writing in present tense, especially first person present tense, can be effective b/c it sounds more poignant, apparently.
