A lot of books for ADHD adults seem to focus a lot on this.

"Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Adult ADHD - An Integrative Psychosocial and Medical Approach" - by J. Russell Ramsay and Anthony L. Rostain.

I've only read some pages from this book but it appears reasonable. It particularly teaches you coping mechanisms for Executive Dysfunction and other ADHD traits so you don't have to rely on psychostimulant medication as much, or if you don't have access to it/can't afford it.
