I'm a woman in my mid-20s. No diagnosis (I don't really see what it would accomplish), I'm here looking for some strategies to cope with pressure at work and social isolation. Pleased to be here :)

Welcome. I hope you can educate your co-workers about how to be less stressful towards you.

Welcome!

I live about 80 miles north of LA, nice to see someone somewhat 'local' on WP.

Two books I'd suggest, are both by Rudy Simone, one called "Aspergers on the Job" and the other "Aspergirls: Empowering Females With Asperger Syndrome" I am an Asperboy so haven't read the second one, but the first is a good insight into the work place for those of us on the spectrum and those working along our sides.

Welcome to WP turingtest! ! I'm glad to see a local here, especially a girl. I live nearby in a L.A. suburb. I go quite often to the downtown library to unwind..

I have a tendency to be withdrawn too, but I make a huge effort to out and socialize just to keep what little social skills I have, and maybe learn some new ones. Anyways, looking forward to your posts.

Greetings from the other coast and welcome. I'm not in a position to provide work advice due to my current situation. But as you've seen already there are plenty of members who can offer such suggestions.
