I've been lurking in the GAD section since the neurologist suggested I might have AS. Boy! I am superglad I found this place. So now I go into therapy for my symptoms once I'm officially diagnosed. I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, ODD and ADHD a few years ago.

If you are on medication does medication reduce your symptoms?

Welcome to WP! I hope all goes well with your therapy. As far as medication goes, I myself am not on anything at the moment. Might be once counseling starts, will see.
