Yes, yes it is. He's making a grossly unfounded assumption that Obamacare would would somehow make doctors overlook the urgency of his situation.

For those currently without insurance, dying from commonly preventable illnesses is reality.

None of what Cain said has any basis in reality. First off, he's rich, so he can get top-rate health care whenever he wants regardless. Second off, the poor have had to deal with bureaucratic BS from their insurance companies since before anyone even heard the name "Obama", and Obama has not changed that. As for Huntsman, I pick him first for my dodgeball team. Did he even hear the question he was asked?
