Poem - Us and Them.

They get on fine don't they ;
we are made to climb mountains or
jump hurdles ; they just have to
walk around and do. They never
see us or do they?

They do everything without thinking ;
us , we are made to think about every
move. If we don't we panic ; they don't
and they are less extreme. They never
worry or do they?

We are the slow ones , they
grow up and up whilst we watch
our lives disintigrate before us.
They know what they are doing ;
we are clueless and very lost.

They have it all and its clear ;
we are lucky to even have friends ;
they are completely fearless , we are
fearful. We see black and feel black ;
they see black and feel grey.

We are the ones that need support ;
they are free with wisdom and no guilt ;
we are the ones that have been labelled ;
they are the ones that can bully us.
We are the weak ; they are the strong.
We compare ourselves to others ; they
are happy with themselves or are they?

You write some good poetry. Did you know there's a forum specifically for things like writing? I bet you'd see a lot of poems there too you'd like for inspiration or something, and others might be able to admire yours better there as well.

I like how you do the contrasts between the two...its like a dance.
