In addition to Dark Shadows, I really want to see Albert Nobbs. It was originally going to be released a day or two after Christmas, but the release date got pushed back so now it's a 2012 movie.

The Dark Knight Rises - I'll be astounded if it actually lives up to the hype!

Skyfall - The last two were ace!

I'll end up seeing "The Avengers" because it's got many of the Marvel heroes and it's got Joss Whedon directing the film.

Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close

I have seen Everything is Illuminated, awesome movie,
tried reading the book beforehand, so confusing!

Reading the summary of EL&IC almost made me cry.
Reason? PM me & I'll tell you.

I don't keep up with movies. I haven't gone to the movies in a while & I'm not sure what all is coming out. Only one I heard of that I'm really interested in seeing is Despicable Me 2 & that's cuz the 1st one was really cute & Miranda Cosgrove is one of the voices

There are films that I want to see badly enough that I'll get outside to see them in a theatre, and there are films that I only have a mild interest in seeing and I'll wait until they're on video. In 2011, there have only been two films from the first category: The Thing and Sherlock Holmes. I was somewhat interested in X-Men and Captain America, but I waited for Netflix.

In 2012, I see nothing from the first category. Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, The Raven, The Avengers, Prometheus, The Amazing Spider-Man, Total Recall, and Skyfall will probably be seen sometime in 2013 on DVD.

As for The Dark Knight Rises, for the first time in my life, I can say that I have no interest in seeing the next Batman movie.

Fair enough, but to be honest i don't think the so-called reboot after TDKR finishes up at the box office next summer will be any better.

Brave does look promising.

The ones I really want to see though are:

The Dark Knight Rises
The Hobbit
The Avengers
The Three Stooges
Iron Man 3

And lemme just get it out there now: I really want to hear some news in the next few months that Bill Murray has finally signed on to do Ghostbusters III, and that the Masters of the Universe movie is well underway.

Wow! Can't wait for James Cameron's live-action version of The Vibrating Bum-Faced Goats.
Apparently he's got his Avatar guys doing the goat FX. The CGI should be f****** spectacular!
