I saw signs of Christmas before Halloween, which is certainly too early.

A week or so ago, I was driving up the Pacific Coast Highway in the hot afternoon sun, while beach-goers were walking along in summer swimwear... past a fully-decorated Christmas tree with fake snow. Ridiculous.

Absolutely - The first Christmas related adverts came on the radio around October 20. I don't know if it's always been like this, but I've noticed in the past two years at least that the rush has started way too early.

Companies know Christmas makes most people feel happy, and they're not gonna delay when it comes to using this for profit are they?

I like it, though. It genuinely makes me a bit happier than I probably would be otherwise.

They'd better not be selling Valentine's Day stuff in December.

Yeah, I began seeing Christmas things way before Halloween. I think they should wait until after Thanksgiving to put up all the trees and stuff. Maybe a little before Thanksgiving arrives.

But I do love Christmas. It has that jolly feel to it. :D
