we were going back and forth putting each other down as jokes,

one thing i said was that hes going to hell

then he said...

"your already in hell, because you have aspergers..."

I didnt know how to react so i just gave him a small laugh and went on....

what do you guys think about this?

I think he took it a step too far, but if you are teasing eachother then its no surprise that someone will get offended.

If you were purposefully teasing each other to be funny than I highly doubt that he was serious.

Just because he is NT does not mean his social skills are the best. It sounds like, in his own way, he was trying to acknowledge your struggles. Maybe it would be good to discuss his statement with him, saying you were unsure how to take it.
