Entropy rules all.
PS: I'm am an insane and irrational dictator. Mad with power. (and I'm just role playing)
We all are. We know some of you are not LN types like me. We know that there are all sorts of approaches to ruling over the world or even the universe and none of them are plausible enough in real life. However, entropy will always win.

There are only so many ruthless dictators, and might the Character not occasionally wonder if the universe is simply a game controlled by Players that influence history?

We can create an Order consisting of a core of those of us with ASD's surrounded by a network of NT's for the purposes of infiltration. Then, we will provide the services usually left to computers and ensure that the NT's become powerful. After a certain point, we centralize the power and create a utopia of some sort (Technocracy/meritocracy? Utilitarianism? Eudaimonic utopia?) because by then, we should be able to do anything at all.
To Tartarus with logistics! No one said that the world government had to be efficient.
