I like to look over vast areas of nature like the Grand Canyon and could watch for hours. And playing with the light that reflects off a watch in the sun that bounces off the walls.

I like to touch and smell small brass objects. Kind of falls more into "special interest" level of obsessivity than merely being "simple things," though.

Me too, although I'm nowhere close to the Grand Canyon. I also find peeling paint very enjoyable.

I like looking at digital countdowns.

I like seeing lights in high rise buildings turn on and off.

When I am on a plane approaching the airport, I like to look down in the yards we fly over for the first dog or cat I see.

Yes. I like those schedule boards at train stations and European airports that have the letters that spin around and change really quickly. I can't figure out what they're called.

Yes. I like adding up license plate numbers then dividing them by three. I like sorting mms into different colors. Etc etc....

I enjoy a cup of tea any time in the summer.

I enjoy a morning coffee and an afternoon tea the rest of the year when it's cooler outside.

I enjoy the sounds of birds singing.

I enjoy a fresh snowfall.

I enjoy my oldies both British and American.

I enjoy Christmas Morning as well.
