There is no third option and I'm asking the poll be left as a simple yes or no.

Also if you still don't believe me, look for it yourself to verify, I'm not going to waste my time when I know people here are so partisan that they won't even bother to read any sources I post.

I don't care how many times they pass a bill that says we can create jobs with tax cuts for the rich and repealing obamacare, that doesn't make it worth debating it in the senate.

Looks like there is a no vote right there that obviously isn't even going to try to find the time to even look for the bills to find out what was in them (and they passed on a bipartisan vote in the House).

So tally is:

1 no and too partisan to actual bother looking for what was actually in the bills.

Getting blue dogs to vote for your crappy bill doesn't mean you have bipartisan support

It's tax cuts for businesses. Taxes for the rich stay the same. Most of the proposals involve cutting red tape that prevents businesses from growing or even starting. Taxes wouldn't even be such a big issue if Obama's environmental goons weren't tying up all the best private projects up in red tape!

I've seen the future of Obamacare here in California. In many respects it was going to be based on a system similar to Medi-Cal. I've dealt with Medi-Cal before and if you need brand name meds, a specialist, a dentist, a optometrist, or mental health services, expect to pay for that yourself. I never did find a place that accepts Medi-Cal for any type of tests so I'm assuming that comes out of your wallet as well. All that is subject to change with each year's round of budget cuts. If you want someone or someplace good, all the best people will want cash up front or a really good insurance plan exempted from Obamacare.

It's change you can believe in baby! :P

How do you answer a "How many?" question with Yes or No?

Putting artificial fences around your question is not going to change the fact that calling something a "jobs bill," does not mean that it is an initiative that will do anything at all to create any net increase in the number of people working. Where is the substantive assessment of the effectiveness of these proposals? It is, of course, nonexistent, because the electorate is prepared to accept the phrase "jobs bill" on its face with no critical assessment whatsoever.

The question is did you even know about their existence to begin with, I'm not adding a bunch of copout options to the poll where people can falsely claim what was in the bills. I'm asking if you even knew the bills existed and had passed the house.

Republicans should make a bill called "Set Deficit to 0" bill. The bill would be all about giving every oil company worker free health care. But since the bill's name is called "Set Deficit to 0", it would totally set the deficit to 0.

Make it possible for oil companies to provide cheaper oil and still turn a profit and the oil companies can afford to give awesome healthcare and pensions. While it wouldn't be a magic fix for the rest of the economy it would sure help a whole helluva lot! Cutting red tape in similar ways for other industries would have a similar effect on the economy as well. We don't have to go back to having smog alerts and rivers catching fire to have industry. It can be done safely, we just have to get rid of the Obama administration and it's appointees that have psychotic delusions about carbon and unfeasible militant green agendas.

Actually I'm laughing at some people posting in this thread, cause you've kinda proved that a lot of people here are so partisan that they blindly believe whatever talking points that come from the left-wing media, their ideologue "teachers", etc.

Obama should make a bill called "jobs bill", that gives union workers control over everything. Then when it is approved, we will all get jobs thanks to the name of the bill.
