I was joining a dating site a few years ago & I wanted a different SN for it than the one I used for most everything else because my main SN was not very appropriate. My 1st name is Nicholas(duh) & I thought 007 sounded kinda cool after; I didn't put much thought in it. I'm not even much of a James Bond fan; I liked playing that GoldenEye 64 game a lot but I never paid much attention the the movies. Anyways.. I started using nick007 when I rgeistered on non-dating sites because I decided not to use my old SN because I was having problems on other sites & I wanted to let the old SN die. I was using nick007 for a few dating sites & it was easier to use it on non-dating sites than trying to think of something else.

It first started in the Army. Just before our morning formation at O dark thirty it was pretty much the only thing on TV. I'm not really sure why they started calling me Gadget. Probably because I had a wealth of useless information and learned really fast. ?

Then 4 years after getting out it re-emerged where I worked,
It then became a funny metaphor, "We'll ask Gadget...He'll know"
If someone needed tooling or a fixture. Had a problem with figuring something out, or to know how or what we could use for tooling. "Hey Gadge, We need a gadget to...".

It got to the point that I was doing alot of design/re-design and engineering work,

Now its pretty much my friends that call me Gadge. I do alot of projects for them. My one friend is a technologies teacher and I'll make items for his classroom instruction. I also re-plumbed his entire house,

It comes in handy being a fitter, fabricator, welder, plumber, machinist, electrician, carpenter, aircraft motorcycle and race car mechanic, engineer, designer, artist, photographer, painter and cook,

I've never had any other nickname !

I'm obsessed with the band called Muse and one of their songs are called Screenager and I love the made up word and it fits great with my generation of teenagers.

When Mum was pregnant I was referred to as Bun (Bun in the oven). When I was born it changed to Hun The Bun

My username was developed when I worked at McDonald's due to some of the budgerigars (parakeets in American English) being bossy toward my other birds. The other birds would break open seed hulls and the parakeets would shove them out of the way and steal the food obtained, like managers do to their workers in taking credit and way too much a share of wages. Hence, "I am not a parakeet" since I was a worker who actually worked.

My friends used to call me Maje when I was a kid because I have a long name that is difficult to pronounce in a hurry.

Also, Abigrock is one of my pseudonyms. I think half of my names are just from obscure jokes.
