people can be inferor in physical ability but what that means for their psyche is impossible to tell, some will conquer the challenge and reach hights "normal" people dont even see as possible for a person.

To see if people in this section can come up with useful answers since people in the General board are bored with you. Moog said that in his response.

Well, I recently did some research regarding the Deaf communities a bit around the world. But mostly in the West, Deaf people don't view being deaf as a problem, inferior, or a disability. They view it as something that's normal to them. There is/was obviously a lot of pressure from hearing people to correct what they consider a "defect", through cochlear implants and the like. I read that people with those implants are seen negatively by both sides, because to the hearing ("normal") people they have a hearing deficit, and to the Deaf people, they aren't deaf enough (to be included within their own community).

Because this is a more appropriate place for it to be.

I would say it depends on the difference. Having one eye is inferior to having two, for example.

not necessarily, if the one eye is healthy and functioning and the two are beset with hideous deformities and unable to see.

Your use of the word "just" as in "Are they inferior just because...." Implies that you believe that they are inferior anyway, regardless of how they were born.
I believe you are trolling despite your protestations.

However... None of the groups, or people you have mentioned are inferior in any way.
No individual person is intrinsically better or worse than any other.
We ALL have physical and mental aspects of ourselves that are absolutely unique to each of us.
Some of those may mean that we cannot do certain things as well as others, but can do other things better and the world is littered with examples.

So no. No one EVER deserves to be bullied, for any 'reason', ever.
It IS wrong to do so and to do so is seriously wrong.
