Just a smile. Whenever you feel down. It's been scientifically proved that smiling triggers mechanisms which get us in a good mood. And good mood is essential for optimism.

I guess when I think about being positive, it's more about how I am with other people than just about whether I'm happy or depressed. Like dancing in a mosh pit: do you want to knock people down or help them up when they fall? Helping each other up is WAY more fun for everybody.

I can be very depressed sometimes, but still be positive, if that makes any sense.
