I found the reason for the discrepancy, a wee note saying I hadn't answered three question which had distorted the results. So now the outcome is fully consistent with previous tests. The first result had me wondering how I could suddenly have become a bit more extrovert...

Hard core INFJ, which is just ironic. It's hard being a painfully empathetic/sensitive person but coming across as the polar opposite. :/

I got my test results back in my Career Decision Making class yesterday, and my type is INFP (Introversion, Intuition, Feeling, and Perceiving). I was kind of surprised about the "Intuition" part when I got my results back, bcuz they had us do an exercise before giving us our results and I chose "Sensing" as opposed to "Intuition." Oh well...other than that, my personality type was pretty much what I thought it'd be.

I was actually wondering about this question. I assumed aspies would score INTJ like myself.
Looking at the posts here it seems to be true that there are a high number of INTJs and also others in the INxx dept.

I'm surprised there are artisans SPs in here.

When I first joined this site everyone always talks about NTs, well I've been into MBTI for years and years (obsession/hobby) and I thought everyone was talking about the NT Rationals lol.I totally didnt understand why everyone was so obsessed with them lol. I thought maybe everyone here is aspergers obsessed with them like me haha

I've taken the test a few times and I almost always get INFP, which actually describes me well. I guess it's kind of weird considering the AS thing, though, as almost everyone else here seems to be a T. :?

I've taken this once, about 4 months ago. I got INTJ. my I was 89% but my J was only 1%, so that's somewhere near the middle.

INTJ sounds like a very stereotypical Aspie to me. :)

INFP here.

My diagnoses - anxiety disorder, depression and traits of obsessive-compulsive disorder (all in remission).

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

INFP or INTP, preference for F or T is slight and changes depending on my mood.

ISTJ
Introvert(67%) Sensing(38%) Thinking(1%) Judging(44%)

You have distinct preference of Introversion over Extraversion (67%)
You have moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition (38%)
You have marginal or no preference of Thinking over Feeling (1%)
You have moderate preference of Judging over Perceiving (44%)

In previous test I took (several yrs. ago), it gave me result of INTJ
(no % info. was included in results, as I took it through the mail from a research project on ASD).
Many of the questions irritate me, because I honestly don't agree with either polarity/extreme/binary choice,
and/or I honestly am evenly split as to which I prefer or deploy more often, yet am forced to pick one to the exclusion of the other.

INTJ or INTP

I take these tests every once and a while and the J/P is always pretty 50/50 almost. Pretty solidly INT.
