Oh yes, that song is awful.

Pretty much anything used on an advert is.

My dad reckons that adverts deliberately use annoying material, because things that annoy us stick in our minds. Hence the earworm...


The "had a bad day" song was bad even before it was used in a TV ad. I heard it too much at the store. Its one of those that doesn't seem too bad on the first listen but by the ten millionth time it induces nightmares and violent thoughts.

What she basically does is threaten the listener (nothing strange for rap but still inherently stupid) then shouts the name of something vaguely related to what she just said.

Examples:

There's loads more but I fear that if I go through any more Nicki Minaj lyrics I'll run out of brain cells quite quickly.

She got famous because she was Lil Wayne's girlfriend. Simple as that. No talent required if you sleep with someone who's already famous to get yourself known.
