What tips do you have for a blind person with PDD-NOS just ?

I'm still in high school, but I'm starting to look into colleges and I'm not sure what college to pick and how to handle going into college. I have a lot of sensory problems, so a big college probably isn't a good idea. I am not able to live independently, so I'll probably get an apartment with an attendant. I'm able academically, but because of my social problems (I can't even make a phone call to someone without panicking, and I'm not talking mild panic attacks!) and my sensory problems, I'm worried about college. Does anyone have any advice for me?
