I have no desire to hear Kim Sonny Boy sing "I'm Ronery".

If memory serves, the North Korean broadcast day begins at 1700 (UTC +9) with patriotic songs, followed by news.

There will often be a documentary and some music programming. And then a movie bracketed by news broadcasts, all finishing off at 2300.

There are no commercials. Unless one considers the entire broadcast day to be one big, long commercial for Kim & Sons.

Everything I've seen thus far on the channel are movies involving people in military suits. They all look like movies filmed in the 60s, but I bet they are more modern than that.
