Slow Love Slow by Nightwish

New song:

"Used to love my country
Used to be so young
Used to belive that life was the best song ever sung"

Red Army Blues

Next song. Changing up the language a bit from prior songs...

Ergo, oceanus, maritimus,
opacare, matutinus,
septentrio, meridies,
occidens et orientis,
ergo
terra, stella,
hiems et aestas

Enya - Tempus Vernum.

A really hard one:

There's no cure for this disease,
But tonight that's just fine,
A full moon since I've gotten to sleep,
So I'll buy a couple of nights,

You win with that song. Even goggle couldn't guess that.
I am going to post another song just to keep the game going.

This may be another very hard song.

"What once was murder
Is now genocide
By guns and attrition
And apathy’s appetite"

Wow, really? I guess I'm not surprised, actually. The artist who wrote and performed the song seems to have removed all traces of his old solo project from the web since I last checked. Those lyrics are the opening verse to Obey, by Insomnicide. One guy named Gary Bavonese from Scranton, PA. Used to actually be pretty big on Garageband.com before it went under. A shame, really; both that GB went under and that Gary removed all his stuff from all the websites he used to host it on, and doesn't seem to be working on anything new, either. Heck, I may be the last person on the internet who still has any of his songs on their hard drive (besides him, anyway).

Blue Ridge Mountains by Fleet Foxes.

On a weekend I wanna wish it all away, yeah.
And they called and I said that "I want what I said" and then I call out again.
And the reason oughta' leave her calm, I know.
I said "I know what I wear not the boxer or the bag."

I love this song! If you think you have got it hit the X below.

Am I that old??? (Spoiler: yes, I am). :)

Black Bear Road? Thats why my roomate said!

Guess this one

What you are doing is screwing things up inside my head
You should know better you never listened to a word I said
Clutching your pillow and writhing in a naked sweat
Hoping somebody someday will do you like I did

Maroon Five Hard to breathe

Try this one
Drowning deep in my sea of loathing
Broken your servant I kneel
(Will you give in to me?)
It seems what's left of my human side
Is slowly changing ... in me

Disturbed: down with the sickness

Guess this one

And still of a winter's night, they say, when the wind is in the trees,
When the moon is a ghostly galleon tossed upon cloudy seas

Actually a quite tricky one, since I know it is originally a ballad (by whom, I do not remember) that was once adapted into a feature film I've seen ages ago. However, since I own the album, I go with Loreena McKennitt's "The Highwayman" from her album "The Book of Secrets". Please correct me if I was wrong.

I HAVE NO IDEA!! !! !

My lyrics....
we can dance if we want to
we can leave your friends behind
cuz your friends dont dance and if they don't dance
then they're no friends of mine.

ITS REALLY EASY BUT ITS STUCK IN MY HEAD

Dance by Men Without Hats

Here goes mine: One of my favorite songs at the moment. Since the lyrics are nowhere to be found on the internet as far as I know, I make it easy by using the chorus:

This old heart is beating for her
The sweetness in her spark
It's gonna make me stay

It is the highwayman by Alfred Noyes. He wrote it as a poem in 1906. It was then tranformed into a song in 1914 for the MacDowell Festival, Peterborough, N.H. Since then alot of versions have poped up.
