Yes, but I also have cerebral palsy so that is also a factor. It would explain why I still do this 11 years after my corrective surgery I had to lengthen my heel cords.

I wanted to be a ballerina when I was little, probably influenced by everyone noting my constant toe-walking. I still do it sometimes, especially when I am feeling happy and energetic.
edit: I also sleep with my toes pointed. It's almost impossible for me to sleep with my feet perpendicular to my legs.

Wow! I ALWAYS have my toes pointed! Doesn't matter whether I'm sitting, walking, standing, whatever. Never heard anyone else ever say they do this! :D
