Humans are so freaking bad at interpreting and understanding randomness. Coupled with self-fullfillingprophecies and wishfull thinking (wishing to be aspie? did I wish my score was higher?)... there is no way you can get proper answers.

Take the questions in the sound category. In order to truly find out anything meaningfull whether or not you have a different hearing from 'normal' people, you'd have to set up at least a double blind study with 25 degrees of freedom and a satisfactory p value. Let alone compare child and adult situations.
Test are designed to be used in conjunction with skilled observation. Many people with Aspergers need the testing in order to get assistance with proper work and school accomidation. Without proper diagnois this can not be done. Based off your post I would have to say you do not have Aspergers.

Total score: 165 vs 147.2
Language: 13 vs 11.5
Social relatedness: 85 vs 72.4
Sensory/motor: 27 vs 35.4
Circumscribed interests: 40 vs 27.8

Also scored 34 on AQ, and a much more balanced result in aspie-quizz (with wild variability among traits) ; I saved it on another computer.

This has probably been said before but I'm not reading this entire thread or the other one at length, but the very options given seem too limited.
The last option, never true, implies that if I've ever experienced the question or phenomenon at all, I have to choose one of the other 3. Which is fine if they don't want to have a 'sometimes' in there. But then the other 3 equate 'now' as any age or period in time older than 16. If I experienced said phenomenon at age 20 or 25, there is no viable option.
