For me its not another word. sometimes i can say an entire sentence backwards, i have no freaking clue how i do that, i cant even do it on purpose. Its scary and funny at the same time.

Happens to me some too. I think it just means you're focusing more on the content of what you're saying than the syntax, a sign of intelligence if ever there was one. :)

Yes. I tend to portmanteau words because of it.
