7-11 Slurpuccino - first time I've had a slurpee in probably 6-8 years or more.

Jim Beam.

Meh, not bad.. but not great, either. Better than the Evan Williams I tried recently, but IMO Benchmark No. 8 is better than either - cheap, too.

A sort of gin mule I guess...Not exactly a Moscow mule. Ha ha basically the ingredients of like a moscow mule but replacing the vodka with gin.

I really like gin, but had to kind of wait and see if I could afford a bottle to enjoy, because gin is like the priciest alcohol I really like it, but many times I gotta just go with a bottle of flavored vodka for shots and drinks when I am after some booze, because it is much easier to find cheaper but tolerable vodka for such things than it is to find cheaper gin that actually has the flavor profile. But so this weekend I looked at my funds for the rest of the month and figured I could afford to treat myself to a bottle of good gin and yeah certainly enjoying it with the ginger ale and lemon juice I have.

Ha ha plus I got myself a entirely copper mug, because I had heard for a moscow mule or really most mule drinks that a copper cup really makes a difference and well hard to place my finger on exactly how, but does kind of seem drinking such drinks out of a full copper mug is more satisfying than not doing it that way.

I love Kentucky Mules. Same ingredients as a Moscow mule but with bourbon. My favorite alcoholic drink is either that, or an old fashioned if it’s done well.

Yep. It’s hot.

Apparently something is on fire about 10 miles or so away - could just be dry brush or something. Probably gonna be a bit of that over the next week.
